FLEXIBLE SPACE REPORTS KAZAKHSTAN Q4 2021
Cushman & Wakefield has published the latest Flexible Space reports on the cities of Almaty and Nur-Sultan (Astana).
Almaty: In the last quarter of 2021, a total of 2 new flexible spaces have been opened and 4 operators closed. Since the start of the year, there have been 10 new openings and 5 closures. Currently, 54.5% of all operational flexible spaces have opened since the start of 2020.
Nur-sultan (Astana): Over the course of the last quarter of 2021 there where no new openings or closures of existing operators. There have been a total of 4 closures since the beginning of the year and a total of 6 closures since 2020. As of December 2021, there have been 3 new openings in the city since the start of the year.
