Cushman & Wakefield has published the latest Flexible Space reports on the cities of Almaty and Nur-Sultan (Astana).
Almaty: In the third quarter of 2021, a total of 3 new flexible spaces have been opened and 1 operator closed. Since the start of the year, there have been 8 new openings and only 1 closure. Currently, 51.2% of all operational flexible spaces have opened since the start of 2020.
Nur-Sultan (Astana): Over the course of the third quarter of 2021, 1 flexible space continued its operations after briefly closing due to market forces and 1 new opening. There have been a total of 4 closures since the beginning of the year and a total of 6 closures since 2020. As of September 2021, there have been 3 new openings in the city since the start of the year.
